The Medical Physics group at The Ottawa Hospital Cancer Centre provides scientific and technical support to the Radiation Medicine Program. This support relates in general terms to the calibration and ongoing verification of the accuracy of all aspects of the high-energy radiation dose delivered to patients treated with radiation therapy.

Our group provides support to two separate campuses and a variety of different treatment units including a CyberKnife, TomoTherapy units, Elekta conventional linear accelerators, a brachytherapy suite and CT Simulators.
